The Challenge:
Yesterday we talked about the mental Game, today we give you a plan. Over the course of the next month, you have the opportunity to change your game permanently for the better. You have to commit a small portion of your day to it every day, but anything worth doing takes time and effort. Every day for the next 30 days, you need to pick one of the following:
Breath Work
Cold Tub
Visualization
Reading a mental guide
Concentration Grid (Track your time on these)
Every day for the next 30 days, you need to take a small step in the right direction. You need to take 5-10 minutes daily and make you and the ones around you better. Feel free to share this challenge with anyone on your team or under your supervision, having someone to hold you accountable is important.

This program is identical to the one I give to the college pitchers that I work with, but is applicable to any age. nearly every player that has committed to it has seem improvements in their command, Effectiveness and control of the game. Not all of it is fun or glamorous, but it works.
